The Daily

Sweet Chocolate, Caramel, Nutty, Tropical Fruit

The Daily is designed to be easy drinking and unique.  It is a constantly evolving blend made up of two separate parts. 

The first half is a classic medium roasted natural Brazilian coffee which provides the base for the blend.  In the cup this presents as rich chocolate, caramel, and toffee notes. 

The second half of the blend is always changing medium light roasted single origin coffee.  This half of the blend provides the more interesting and delicate flavours to the cup. 

The current iteration is an 80 hour controlled fermentation washed Columbian Pink bourbon from Cesar Mauricio Figueroa. This Pink Bourbon brings a floral fruitiness to the cup that accompanies the chocolate notes from the Brazil base very well. 

This blend is designed to work well for all brewing methods.
